His journey began in a family-owned collision repair business, where he worked in nearly every role and later became a business partner, gaining firsthand experience in what it takes to lead teams, navigate change, and build sustainable organizations.
Tony is a certified business coach and a graduate of Coach U, with a passion for helping leaders build accountability, improve communication, and create high-trust cultures. He has worked with leaders and teams across the country and spoken at national conferences on leadership and organizational effectiveness. Today, as a Business Coach with LeadersWay, Tony brings real-world experience, practical insight, and a people-first approach to leadership development.
Dr. Christopher Thornberg has been called many things throughout his career as an economist – “Dr. Doom,” a contrarian, even an optimist – but his favorite thing to be called is always "correct". He founded Beacon Economics in 2006, and under his leadership the firm has become one of the most respected research organizations in the nation. Dr. Thornberg is the Director of UC Riverside School of Business’ Center for Economic Forecasting and Development, an Adjunct Professor at the School, and he holds a Ph.D in Business Economics from The Anderson School at UCLA.
